Changing your payment details

If you are on a free trial, we do not hold any payment information for you. This is because we have no interest in ‘tricking’ users to sign up for a paid plan – we only want you to subscribe if YOU want to subscribe!

If you do decide to subscribe to a paid plan, you can update your payment details at any time in your account.

To do this, click the user icon in the top right of the software and select ‘Manage My Account’.

This will open your account in a new browser window. From there, click ‘Subscription’.

Here you can see the details of your current subscription, including the type of subscription and when your next payment is due.

Click ‘Update Payment Details’. This will bring up a pop-up from our payment provider, Paddle, where you can enter the new payment details you wish to use for your subscription.

Once you are done, click ‘Update card details’. The new details should then be used for all payments moving forwards.
