Moving and deleting multiple plotcards
When you are in the Plot Manager, you have the option of selecting multiple plotcards to move them as a group or delete them in bulk.
Selecting multiple plotcards
The controls for selecting multiple plotcards depend on the device you are using.
On a Windows computer, hold down the ‘Ctrl’ key and use the mouse to select the desired cards.
On a Mac, hold down the ‘Command’ key and use the mouse to select the desired cards.
A back outline indicates that the cards are selected.
Note: Unfortunately it is not currently possible to use the multiple select tool on a touchscreen device. We are working on an update to address this.
Moving multiple plotcards
Once you have the desired cards selected, drag and drop them to their new position using the ‘grabber’ icon. Please note that even if the preview only shows one card moving, all the cards will move when you release the mouse.
The cards will remain selected when you release them allowing you to easily move them again if wanted.
Deleting multiple plotcards
When you have more than one plotcard selected, a green ‘recycle bin’ icon will appear in the top menu.
When you click this you will be shown a warning message. Read this carefully. If you are happy to continue, click ‘Proceed’.
The selected plotcards will be deleted. If you change your mind, you can restore them later from the Recycle Bin.
