Purchasing a lifetime licence as an existing subscriber

If you are an existing subscriber and you wish to move to a lifetime licence, you can do this in the ‘Manage My Account’ section of the software.

Log in to your account and select ‘Manage My Account’ from the user menu in the top right.

This will open your account settings in a new browser window. Select ‘Subscription’ from the top menu.

Click ‘Change Plan’.

You will then see the other subscription options available to you, as well as the lifetime licence option. Click ‘Buy Now’ at the bottom of the lifetime licence option.

This will bring up the terms and conditions for the lifetime licence. Once you have read these, click ‘Accept and Continue’ (you will need to scroll to the end of the window to see this button).

You will then enter the checkout process for purchasing the lifetime licence, which is handled by our payment provider, Paddle. It is important to note that the price of the lifetime licence is set in US dollars. If your local currency is different, the final price will be determined by exchange rates at the time of purchase. If you are an existing subscriber with time left on your current plan, you will also have a discount applied to the purchase to compensate you for the remaining time.

Enter your details and click ‘Continue’.

This will take you to a second screen where you will need to enter your payment details.

If you have any queries or concerns about the final amount displayed, please contact us before completing your transaction.

When you are happy, click the green ‘Pay’ button (this will also confirm the final amount again).

If your payment is successful you will see a message on the screen confirming that you have purchased a lifetime licence. You will also receive a confirmation email.

Once you have completed the purchase, your previous subscription will stop and no further payments will be taken, unless you decide to make a new purchase with us.
