Getting Help Using the Novel Factory
We have created this knowledge base to be as comprehensive as possible and we are always updating it.
In addition, you will find assistance throughout the software. Look for the little ‘i’ icons in the tops of the sections and panels, and click on them for more advice on how to complete the writing task or use that section of the software.
If you need more personal help, then we will be delighted to assist, and you can contact us directly using one of the methods below.
We aim to respond to all queries within one working day, but please bear in mind we are a small, family company and 99% of messages are responded to by Katja personally, so occasionally it may take a little longer.

Alternatively, you can contact us from within the Novel Factory software, using the Feedback button, which can be found in the top right corner of the software.
Click on that button and a popup will appear, which you can use to describe the issue, pick a category, and attach an image, if that would be helpful.
