Getting help using The Novel Factory
We have created this help manual to be as comprehensive as possible and we are always updating it.
In addition, you will find information and guidance throughout the software. Look for the little ‘i’ icons in the top right of the sections and panels, and click on them for more advice on how to complete the writing task or use that section of the software.
If you need more personal help, then we will be delighted to assist, and you can contact us directly using one of the methods below.
We respond to all genuine enquiries we receive, so if you haven’t heard from us within a couple of days, please check your junk/spam folders.

Alternatively, you can contact us from within the Novel Factory software using the ‘Feedback’ button in the top right corner.
Click on that button and a pop-up will appear, which you can use to describe the issue, pick a category, and attach an image, if that would be helpful. If your query is a technical issue, it helps if you are able to include details of the device and browser you are using.
