Notes

The notes section is where you can keep research and any other information that doesn’t fit into the other sections.

You can add notes of the following types: text, link, image, and checklist.

Adding a text note

Click the green ‘+ Note’ button in the top right hand corner.

A popup will appear where you can enter a title, some text and select a colour to assign to that note.

When you’re done, click ‘Add’.

Click the ‘+ Link’ button in the top right hand corner.

A popup will appear where you can enter the link, a caption and select a colour to assign to that note.

When you’re done, click ‘Add’.

Adding an Image

Click the ‘+ Image’ button in the top right hand corner.

A popup will appear where you can browse your computer for an image, add a caption and select a colour to assign to that note.

When you’re done, click ‘Add’.

Adding a Checklist

Click the ‘+ Checklist’ button in the top right hand corner.

A popup will appear where you can add a title for your checklist.

In the larger field below, add the items for your checklist, with each new item on a new line.

You can also assign a colour to the checlist.

When you’re done, click ‘Add’.

This will add the checklist to your noteboard, with clickable checkboxes.

Editing Notes

To edit a note, hover your mouse over it and a context menu button with appear. Click that and then select ‘Edit’

Alternatively, you can double click the note to go into edit mode.

When you’re done, make sure you click ‘save’ to save your changes.

Rearranging and Resizing Notes

You can easily drag and drop the notes into new positions.

Where notes are overlapping, it will be the last note to be moved which will appear on top.

To resize a note, hover your mouse over any of the edges of the note and a little double arrow will appear. Drag that to resize the note.

Note – notes cannot be edited or resized while in edit mode.

Deleting a Note

To delete a note, hover over it until the context menu button appears.

Click on that and select ‘delete’.
