Work has gone missing

Keeping our users’ data safe is our utmost priority, and we go to great lengths to make sure everything is secure and well-protected. It is extremely rare for any data to be properly lost, but if you think you have work missing and the following steps don’t help, please contact us as soon as possible so we can investigate.

Data Caching

In the vast majority of cases, when it appears that work has gone missing, it is actually a data caching issue. In other words, it is not that the work isn’t there, it’s just that it’s not displaying properly.

To fix this, please log out and hard refresh (CTRL+F5 or equivalent) then log in again.

If you have the desktop version of the software, uninstall and reinstall it. You can find the uninstall option by clicking on the three dot menu at the very top of the software window.

Turn Back Time (Version History)

The software contains a Turn Back Time feature, which autosaves versions of your data at regular intervals. You can view and restore from these automated backups. To find out how to do this, please check out this article.

Recycle Bin

The software includes a Recycle Bin, which allows you to restore elements that have been deleted. Click here for detailed instructions.
